The Symbol and the Meaning Behind the Business LOGO
When Lindsay was in elementary school, she began using this symbol whenever she signed a greeting card, wrote a letter to a friend, or simply wanted to add a little something special. She even found ways to incorporate it into her schoolwork. To Lindsay, it looked like a cursive “L” beautifully morphed into a delicate bow.
What she didn’t know at the time was that, many years later, the symbol would take on an even more meaningful connection—it began to resemble her cursive initials, “LK.” (Growing up, her initials were “LO.”) What started as a little design she created as a child simply stuck with her and became a special symbol she continued to use throughout her life.
So, when the time came to open her own business, choosing the symbol for her logo was a no-brainer. It was something that had been a small but meaningful part of her story for years, making it the perfect representation of something that was uniquely hers.
Funny how life has a way of bringing things full circle.
